This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal information of visitors and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") that LLC "T-PARTNER" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") may receive during the use of the Company's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Websites").
Before using the Websites, Users are advised to familiarize themselves with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Using the Websites in any form constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information specified herein. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they must refrain from using the Websites.
1.2. The Privacy Policy (including any of its parts) may be amended by the Company without special notification and without any compensation in this regard. The updated version of the Privacy Policy comes into effect upon its publication on the Company's Websites.
1.3. By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User consents to the processing of their data by the Company for the purposes outlined in this Policy, as well as to the transfer of their data to third parties in cases listed in this Policy. This consent may be revoked by the User only by providing the Company with a written notice at least 180 days prior to the proposed date of termination of data usage by the Company.
Using the Websites with a web browser that accepts cookies signifies the User's consent for the Company to collect and process data from cookies for the purposes outlined in this Policy, as well as to transfer cookie data to third parties in cases listed in this Policy.
1.4. As a general rule, the Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by Users. However, in cases provided for by this Policy, the User must confirm the accuracy of the personal information they have provided.
2. Scope of Information Collected and Processed by the Company

Personal information provided by Users independently when filling out a message submission form, other personal information provided by the User through third-party websites or services, or personal information entered by Users while using the Website. Such information may include, but is not limited to, the User's last name, first name, phone number, and email address. Other information is provided at the User's discretion.
It is prohibited for the User to provide personal data of third parties without obtaining consent from such third parties for this disclosure or unless such personal data was obtained by the User from publicly available sources.
2.1.2. This Policy also applies to candidates for available positions at the Company. By sending their resumes via the Website or email for the purpose of interviewing or potential employment, candidates consent to the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, citizenship, city of residence, contact details (phone, email), employment history, and other information provided in the resume.
2.1.3. Data automatically transmitted to the Website while using it via software installed on the User's device, including IP address, device network ID (MAC address, device ID), electronic serial numbers (IMEI, MEID), cookie data, browser information, operating system, access time, and User search queries.
2.1.4. Additional information provided by Users upon request by the Company to fulfill the Company’s obligations to the User regarding the use of the Website.
2.1.5. Other information about Users, the collection and/or processing of which is provided for by this Policy.
3. Purposes of Collecting and Processing User Information
3.1. The Company collects and processes only the information about Users, including personal data, that is necessary to fulfill the Company’s obligations to provide Website services, respond to User inquiries submitted via the Website, or answer questions submitted through other communication channels, including but not limited to phone calls, email, and messaging apps.
3.2. The Company may use Users' personal information for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Identifying parties under agreements between the User and the Company.

3.2.3. Notifying Users about new materials on the Website, sending inquiries related to Website usage, and providing feedback to Users.

3.2.5. Informing Users through email campaigns. By providing their data, the User agrees to receive promotional and informational messages as well as service updates.
3.3. The purposes of processing personal data for job candidates include:
•Ensuring compliance with Russian Federation legislation.
•Addressing employment matters, formalizing, and regulating employment relations.
•Documenting information in HR records.
•Additional purposes approved by the Company's orders.
3.4. Mobile applications may collect anonymous user location data to ensure better functionality. They may also collect anonymous usage statistics.
3.5. By providing personal information, the User consents to the transfer of this information to the Company’s partners and third parties for the purposes outlined in section 3.2 of this Policy.
3.6. If the Company needs to use Users’ personal information for purposes not outlined in this Policy, the Company will request the User’s consent.
4. Processing of User Information
4.1. Personal information about Users is stored in accordance with the applicable legislation.
4.2. Personal information about Users is not transferred to third parties except in the following cases:
4.2.1. The User has given explicit consent for such actions.
4.2.2. The transfer is necessary to ensure the operation of the Website and/or specific features of the Website.
4.2.3. The transfer is required by applicable law.
4.2.4. The transfer is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company and/or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of this Policy.
4.2.5. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or other form of sale of part or all of its assets, the obligations under this Policy will transfer to the purchaser of the Company's assets.
4.3. The User is hereby informed and agrees that the Company may receive personal data of third parties provided by the User while using the Website. The User guarantees that they have obtained consent from such third parties to process their data for the purposes outlined in this Policy, as well as to transfer such data in cases specified in this Policy.
4.4. Additionally, the User is informed and agrees that the Company may collect anonymized statistical data about the User's actions while using the Website, which cannot be linked to the User’s identity.
4.5. Users have the right to request information from the Company regarding the processing of their personal data.
5. Measures to Protect User Information
5.1. The Company takes all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Users’ personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, distribution, or other illegal actions. These measures include internal reviews of data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as security measures, including physical security, to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.
5.2. When processing Users' personal data, the Company complies with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ.
5.3. A User may delete their account on the Website or in the Seller's Applications, along with associated personal data, without undue delay. To exercise this right, the User must submit a request via email to Alex.itisrealme@gmail.com.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Policy, as well as the relationship between the User and the Company arising in connection with this Policy, shall be governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Any matters not regulated by this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
6.3. The current version of this Policy is effective as of August 10, 2023.
